​Independent Prescribing (NMP) Support

​

We actively support podiatrists who are either qualified Independent Prescribers or looking to develop into this role.

  • Support and mentorship for Non-Medical Prescribing (NMP) training

  • Opportunities to build prescribing competence within clinical practice

  • Exposure to prescribing for MSK conditions, infection management, and dermatology

  • Guidance with clinical governance, safe prescribing, and audit

  • Encouragement to work at an advanced practice level within your scope

For those already qualified, you will be supported to utilise your prescribing qualification fully within clinic, enhancing patient care and treatment pathways.
