NEW PATIEN​T PODIATRY APPOINTMENT
New Patient Podiatry Appointment Information:
If you have not previously visited our clinic, either at our current location or when we were based on the Market Square, and you require comprehensive podiatry services, we kindly ask you to schedule a New Patient Podiatry Appointment. This appointment will last approximately 30 minutes and will encompass various aspects of your podiatry care.

Appointment Process:

During this appointment, your assigned clinician will thoroughly review your medical history, current medications, past surgeries, and any known allergies.

Subsequently, your clinician will engage in a discussion with you to understand your specific podiatry needs and concerns.

Based on the information gathered, your clinician will recommend a tailored treatment plan designed to address your individual requirements.
Registration Form: Once your appointment has been scheduled, we kindly ask you to complete the registration form linked below. This form will provide us with essential information to ensure your appointment proceeds smoothly.

NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION FORM
NEW PATIENT NAIL CARE APPOINTMENT​
If you have not visited the clinic before (either at our current location or when we were based on the Market Square),
and are looking for basic nail care services, you will need to book a NEW PATIENT​ NAIL CARE APPOINTMENT.
This is a 20 minute appointment covering your basic nail care needs only.
They are only available with certain clinicians.
This service does not include reduction of nail thickness, ingrown/involuted nails, hard skin/corn treatments
At this appointment, your clinician will go through your medical history, current medication, past surgeries & allergies.
They will then go on to discuss your needs and suggest a treatment plan.

LATE NIGHT THURSDAYS
Our clinic offers a late night clinic on Thursdays from 5:00pm to 8:00pm (last appointment 7:30pm)
New patients can book an appointment during this session as well as existing patients.
Existing patients will need to book a WEEKDAY SPECIAL appointment for this service.
Existing patients can also book a Nail care appointment using SATURDAY NAIL CARE
